Interface as a merchant

The top menu will help you navigate the marketplace, as a seller; it includes:

• Products page:

This page list all the products available on the marketplace. You can use the search bar to refine your search or use the filter option.

• New product:

This page will be used to add new products to the marketplace.

• Shipping:

This page will allow you to set your shipping fee for standard shipping (10-21 days) and fast shipping (1-5 days). You can set your shipment base rate for 0.5 kg / 1.1 lbs and any additional tranche of 0.5 kg / 1.1 lbs fee as used per most transporters.

• Inventory:

On this page, you can manage your price and inventory.

• Orders page:

This page recaps your order status with five tabs:

All, show all orders status.

New, show your new outstanding orders waiting for your approval.

In progress, show your outstanding orders to fulfill and ship.

Issues, show your orders with an issue raised

Completed, show your orders that have been completed.

• Staking page:

Activate seller mode. We invite you to read How to activate seller mode for more information.

• Profile page:

You can edit your delivery address, contact, security, and seller account info on this page.

Fill in all the seller information, such as an alias, add a short description of your shop and an image that identifies your shop. You should specify what is your return policy.
