Raising Issue

In case of a problem with a purchase, the buyer needs to open a claim within 14 days of the purchase. The fund will be locked in a smart contract for 14 days. Buyers and Sellers can discuss and solve their issues.

If the problem remains and the buyer doesn’t close the claim within 14 days, the smart contract will escalate the case to Yuzumax. Yuzumax will arbitrate and take the final decision after communicating diplomatically with the two parties; the outcome is final and unalterable.

Yuzumax encourages buyers and sellers to find by themselves a solution to their problems as buyers or sellers can leave a score on the profile of the buyer or seller. The rating can affect your experience on the platform.
