  1. Marketplace rules

Restricted items

Yuzumax has a pretty simple guideline: to allow any goods found in any public eCommerce website or marketplace around the world to be published on Yuzumax.

Yuzumax does not guarantee the legality of the goods or services. Certain goods can be legal in one country and not another.

Users, Buyers, and Sellers of the marketplace are responsible for their legal responsibilities in their country when they sell or buy goods or services from third-party.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the items they are selling and shipping comply with the local laws and regulations of the destination country.

Depending on the goods or services, buyers and sellers should ensure they have the proper permits or licenses to do the transactions.

Buyers and Sellers are responsible for their transactions, Yuzumax does not take part in the transaction as the funds are locked in a smart contract on the blockchain during the whole order process.

All listing, pricing, and information source from the goods or services are provided by third-party sellers. Yuzumax does not guarantee the accuracy of the information on the goods or services offered by third-party.
