Profile Rating

The marketplace has a rating system from 0 to 5 stars.

Only orders above 9.90 USD contribute to the rating.

Rating helps buyers and sellers compare different profiles and make the best purchase decisions or approve orders for sellers.

It is an important indicator to help users to identify and eliminate the activities of fraudulent profiles for a healthy and safe marketplace for everyone involved. Additionally, ratings allow buyers to trust the sellers and sellers to trust buyers.

User experience will be significantly affected by their rating. We recommend you keep a high rating score to have the best experience possible.

The rating is calculated automatically from the user's activities on the platform.

  • Buyers, maximum 5 stars.

How will your buyer actions affect your stars:

The success rate of your transactions will contribute up to 5 stars.

  • Sellers, maximum 5 stars:

30% of your score will come from your staking:

Level 1 activates the 3.5 stars.

Level 2 gives you 0.5 more stars.

Level 3 gives you one more star.

70% of your score will come from the transaction:

3 stars will come from the success rate of your transactions.

0.5 stars will come from your reactivity to approve the order and time before updating the order with the shipment information.
